WE UNDERSTAND THAT, IN SOME JURISDICTIONS, WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY THAT CANNOT BE LEGALLY EXCLUDED, IF THAT IS TRUE IN YOUR JURISDICTION, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY LIMITS ITS LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THOSE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS TO EITHER SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN (OR THE COST OF SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).

1. GRIEVANCES.

If you believe you have any other grievance relating to the website/application, please notify us immediately by following our Grievance Procedure. Once this procedure has been followed, Company will make all reasonable endeavours to remove such Objectionable Content complained about within a reasonable time. The Company shall on examination of the complaint take all reasonable measures, including taking down the Objectionable Content expeditiously in accordance with applicable law. The Company shall take-down any data, information, content or material only upon receiving actual knowledge from a court order or on being notified by the appropriate government or its agency that unlawful acts relatable to Article 19(2) of Indian Constitution would be committed if the said data, information, content or material is not deleted from the Service.

The Company further reserves the right (without the obligation of doing so) to take-down any data, information, content or material, without notice to User and without any liability either to the Company or its directors, key managerial personnel, officers, employees. The aforesaid rights of the Company shall be without prejudice to other rights and remedies available under the law and/or equity.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We only ship to Indian subcontinent (as long as your pin code is serviceable by any of our logistics partner)

• Default shipping is via Bluedart. To ship via logistics of your choice, please contact our support team.

• Orders are dispatched on Mondays through Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Orders placed after 4.00 PM will be shipped on next working day

• In case of any issue related to delivery of order, customer has to report us within 7 days from date of order shipping, no complaint after 7 days will be entertained.

• Some products may have special lead time, So kindly go through the products information page before you place order.

• The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the software adds up the total of all individual shipping charges.

• Volumetric price will be applied when shipment weight is less but the size is big. (Example a cotton pillow may weight less, it occupies more space in the container)

• Customer/Buyer is responsible for giving correct address.

Time to Deliver

In Stock items are dispatched within 24 to 36 hours. The time it takes for your order to be dispatched does not include the time it takes for the logistics service provider to deliver it to you.

We cannot guarantee the delivery time, but based on our experience, here are the estimated delivery times for different locations:

• Speed post are only faster for other states (Outside Tamil Nadu)

You can track your order by logging in to your account and going to My Account > My Orders . The tracking ID and Track Order link will be available after the order is shipped. You can track the shipment on logistics companies website.
